1. Order Placement

• All orders must be placed through our official website, email, or direct messaging platform.

• Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received or a signed agreement is in place for bulk/custom orders.

• Customers must provide all necessary design details, including sizing, colors, and artwork files (if applicable), at the time of ordering.
   

2. Design & Approval

• I offer up to 2 free design revisions. Additional revisions may incur an extra charge.

• A digital mockup will be sent for your approval before printing.

• Production will only begin once the final design has been approved by the customer.
   

3. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)

• Standard T-shirts & Hoodies: No MOQ for stocked designs.

• Custom designs: Minimum of 5 shirts or hoodies per design.

• Bulk discounts are available for orders over 50 pieces or large business orders.

4. Turnaround Time

• Standard orders: 3-13 business days after design approval.

• Bulk/custom orders: 14-30 business days, depending on complexity.

• Rush orders may be available for an additional fee and if time allows.

5. Payment Terms

• Full payment is required upfront for individual and small orders.

• For bulk orders a 50% deposit is required, with the balance due before delivery.

• We accept payments via PayPal, credit card, bank transfer, Affirm, ApplePay, & Klarna.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship domestically via USPS, UPS, FedEx.

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout or included in the invoice.

• Local pickup may be available upon request.

7. Returns & Cancellations

• Custom orders are non-refundable once production begins.

• Stocked items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.

• Cancellations are only allowed before design approval or within 24 hours of order placement.

8. Errors & Damages

• If your order arrives with a defect or printing error, please contact us within 48 hours with photos for resolution.

• Since a majority of my designs are custom, you will know before any printing takes place of all errors. Please ensure that you keep communication with me as I will not begin printing your order until final approval.

9. Intellectual Property

• Customers must have rights to any designs, logos, or artwork provided.

• Marisa J Customz retains the right to showcase custom designs for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.
